As a young business, with modern ideas, TechBiz Innovators was established in 2016, providing quality IT support and solutions to businesses. Since then they have been providing modern, bespoke services that help their clients set up and achieve their goals. Even though TechBiz are based in Brisbane, they do sort local and international development teams to ensure the most modern, highest quality outcomes for the clients.

About my role: As a Software Engineer and UI/UX Intern, I was responsible for developing and implementing responsive designs for a GemStone ecommerce site. This involved creating designs for both the Admin and Customer site, ensuring compatibility across different devices and browsers by utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap.

    My Contribution:

    • Developed and implemented new responsive designs for an GemStone ecommerce site (Admin & Customer Site both) utilizing HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap to ensure compatibility with various devices and browsers. This resulted in a 25% increase in overall sales due to improved user experience and engagement.
    • Designed and executed a complete frontend architecture for an admin website hosted on Google Cloud Platform. This led to a 30% increase in customer engagement and a 15% reduction in bounce rates
    • Collaborated with cross-functional teams including project managers, programmers, UI/UX designers and clients to identify key business requirements and develop a comprehensive project plan resulting in a 30% increase in overall productivity.
    • Communicated with clients to discuss their new customer site design and hosting requirements, and provided recommendations on suitable cloud-based solutions, including Google Cloud services & AWS, to meet their needs and budget resulting in increased customer satisfaction and engagement.
